Starkville native Ethan Pulliam and Mississippi State baseball team to play in 2025 College Classic in Houston




For the first time since 2018, Mississippi State will travel to Houston, Texas to participate in a round-robin baseball competition.

Coach Chris Lemonis’ 2025 Bulldog team will compete in the Astros Foundation College Classic beginning Feb. 28 at Houston Astros Minute Maid Park.

MSU will participate with both of this year’s national championship series participants in Tennessee and Texas A&M.

The three Southeastern Conference schools will face Rice, Oklahoma State and Arizona in round-robin games over three days. The Bulldogs will face Rice on Friday, Feb. 28 at 11:05 a.m., Arizona at 3:05 p.m. on Saturday, March 1 and Oklahoma State at 2:05 p.m. on Sunday, March 2.
