Princess Anne’s horse accident has left Zara Tindall “shaken to the core”

As OK! As previously reported, Buckingham Palace announced that Anne went into hospital on Sunday, June 23.

“The Princess Royal has suffered minor injuries and concussion following an incident on the Gatcombe Park estate yesterday evening,” the message said. “Her Royal Highness remains at Southmead Hospital in Bristol for observation as a precautionary measure and is expected to make a full and speedy recovery. The king has been fully informed and joins the entire Royal Family in sending the Princess its warmest love and best wishes for a speedy recovery.”

Anne’s husband, Sir Timothy Laurencewho was seen leaving the hospital, gave an update on her condition.

“I would like to express my sincere thanks to the entire team at Southmead Hospital for their care, expertise and kindness during my wife’s short stay,” said Laurence it said in a statement.

“She will come out when she is ready,” he later told a well-wisher.

Royal observers are concerned about Anne’s well-being, as the Princess Royal has been an important figure within the firm for years.

“It’s easy to imagine that Anne absolutely hates being the centre of attention.” Kate Mansey said on the podcast “The Royals”.

“She will have really disliked the fact that Anne was the main news of the day while her brother was hosting a state visit, a state visit of a very high profile, because she hates being the centre of attention,” the royal commentator added.

Despite the scary time for Anne, royal expert Katie Nicholl noticed how well she was cared for.

“All we know is that she has no memory of the incident. “She’s been in hospital since Sunday night. She’s still under observation and I think that suggests they don’t want to take any risks,” the biographer added. “They want to make sure she’s absolutely stable and well enough to go home and they’ve given us instructions – the Palace has told us she’s probably going to spend most of this week in hospital, so I think the hope is that she’ll be discharged before the weekend.”
