According to court documents, the man began looking at the family photos on the wall and asked if anyone else was in the house. He stopped raping the woman and walked down the hallway where her children were sleeping.

The man had the woman take her 12-year-old daughter out of the room and they went back to the living room, where he raped them both, according to police.

He stayed in the house for about an hour from 11:30 to 12:30.
