Three people were arrested after shots were fired on Cedarbrook Avenue.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Three people are in custody after a shot was fired during a domestic disturbance Wednesday night.

According to the Springfield Police Department (SPD), the incident occurred on Cedarbrook Avenue around 11:30 p.m. According to officers, a man fired a gun into the air and then ran away.

SPD said it knows the man and is working to locate him. Three other people were arrested at the scene.
