WHEN: Monday, July 1, from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.

EFFECTS: 60% rain and thunderstorm coverage for the heavily populated areas of Jacksonville, plus a low severe threat for southeast Georgia and areas along and north of 1-10 in Florida.
