No injuries in shooting in Harrington

HARRINGTON – No one was injured in a shooting that damaged a home Sunday, Delaware State Police said.

Authorities said officers were called to a residence on Yellow Wood Drive around 6:14 p.m. for a report of a shot being fired. The preliminary investigation revealed that an unknown suspect fired a shot from an unknown location, striking the home, police said.

According to authorities, two adults and two children were in the house at the time of the shooting.

The investigation is ongoing and police are asking any witnesses or anyone with information regarding this case to contact Detective S. Ryan by phone at 302-698-8443.
