BCA investigates incident of police use of force in Crookston

CROOKSTON, Minnesota – The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) is responding to an incident involving police use of force in Crookston on Monday, according to official social media.

The post was published on X around 3:30 a.m. Monday. KARE 11 contacted Crookston police and a spokesperson said more information would be released later in a press release.

We are responding to a use of force incident in Crookston. Additional information will be provided once the preliminary investigation is complete.
