Police search for driver after accident in Brockton

BROCKTON, Massachusetts (WWLP) – Brockton police are searching for a driver who fled the scene of a crash Sunday evening.

Officials say the driver was traveling northbound on Moraine Street when he jumped a curb, crashed through a fence, hit some trees and drove straight into Salisbury Brook. The driver fled the scene shortly afterward.

Brockton Police are currently investigating the incident and looking for the driver of the car.
