Here’s why Pegula is trending in Western New York

If you logged into your social media accounts this morning, you may have noticed that Pegulas are trending.

It’s certainly a term that catches your eye in Western New York, given that the name Pegula is linked to ownership of the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.

However, this has nothing to do with our two favorite sports teams.

Terry and Kim Pegula have been married since 1993 and together they have three children: Jessica, Kelly and Matthew.

Jessica Pegula is known around the world as one of the best tennis players, ranked in the top 10 on the Women’s Tennis Association Pro Circuit.

With the Olympics just weeks away, Jessica Pegula is preparing to head to Paris for this year’s competition. This will be Pegula’s second Olympics, and she is one of 11 players chosen to represent the United States at the 2024 Olympics.

She is currently ranked fifth in the world and will be competing in both singles and doubles tournaments. This is a huge achievement, and it is no wonder that everyone is talking about Jessica’s success!

The 2024 Olympic Games in Paris will begin Friday, July 26 through Sunday, August 11. It’s going to be an exciting few weeks of sport, and Team USA is shaping up to be a strong and talented group!

Pegula will be looking to win her first gold medal, and all of Western New York is behind her!
