Person seriously injured in drive-by shooting, Atlanta police say

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Police say an early morning shooting in northeast Atlanta was caused by road rage.

The call came in shortly after 3 a.m. Monday for a person shot in the 400 block of Plasters Avenue.

Police say the passenger in the vehicle was shot, but the shooting did not take place on Plasters Avenue, where the victim was found.

The victim was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital in critical condition.

So far, no arrests have been made and there is no news on a possible suspect.
