AmericasMart Atlanta showcases Southern charm and community spirit

Atlanta Market And Atlanta Casual Market offer unique experiences complete with Southern hospitality and citywide attractions – from street food hosts to Michelin-starred restaurants – delivering a one-of-a-kind adventure inside and outside the markets, July 15-22, at AmericasMart Atlanta, according to a press release.

“Our primary commitment at AmericasMart is to ensure a rewarding experience for buyers and exhibitors with exceptional products and a comfortable environment,” said Jon Pertchik, CEO of ANDMORE. “Atlanta’s vibrant culture and many attractions provide an unparalleled setting, allowing our visitors to fully immerse themselves in all that our city has to offer during their market visit. »

A new “street greeter” program places ANDMORE ambassadors around and between major downtown hotels to welcome shoppers to the market. Free shuttles from nearby hotels are available for door-to-door transportation to and from campus.

Airport shuttles provide one-way transportation from AmericasMart to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Thursday, July 18 through Sunday, July 21, every hour between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. In addition to these initiatives, the Downtown Ambassador Force includes 40 officers providing public safety services downtown.

Shoppers can find everything they need on campus with daily coffee hours and grab-and-go breakfast, campus food guides, charging stations and a shoppers lounge equipped with light snacks, seating and computers. Market efficiency extends to ANDMORE’s technology tools, the @Market app and Market Map, both of which offer seamless integration before, during and after the market with Scan & Go registration, exhibitor directory, Wayfinder navigation and saved photos and notes, company officials said.

Ranked among the South’s Top 10 Cities for 2024 by Southern Living magazine, Atlanta can satisfy every visitor, from the adventurer to the foodie. The High Museum of Art, the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, the World of Coca-Cola, the Georgia Aquarium and some 45 Michelin-starred restaurants are just a taste of the best Atlanta has to offer, according to a press release.

Downtown Atlanta is home to nearly 40 hotels and more than 300 restaurants. For shoppers looking to spread out further, areas outside of downtown, including Midtown, Buckhead and Inman Park, can enhance the market experience via the Atlanta Beltline, hip speakeasies, live music and history centers.
