Oklahoma City breaking news: Police officer is behind bars in McLean County. 44-year-old Ryan Stark is accused of rape, kidnapping and domestic assault. According to an affidavit obtained by Koco, Stark was driving the victim with his police unit on Thursday when the victim allegedly told Stark he didn’t want to go to his house. According to the documents, the victim tried to get out of the car, but Stark accelerated and stomped on the victim’s foot in a garage, the affidavit states. Stark took the victim’s phone and threatened to kill him. THE VICTIM TOLD POLICE THEY WERE SEXUALLY AND PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED. An Oklahoma City police officer was arrested Saturday and booked into the McClain County Jail on multiple charges, including rape, kidnapping and domestic violence.

After interviewing the victim, police learned Stark was traveling with the victim in his police cruiser after they left a restaurant Thursday night when the victim said they did not want to go to his home, according to a probable cause affidavit. Stark reportedly became angry and tried to grab the victim’s cellphone as he pulled into his driveway, according to the affidavit. The victim attempted to exit the vehicle and Stark reportedly accelerated and rammed the victim’s foot into the home’s garage, causing injuries, police wrote in the affidavit. The victim told officers Stark then reportedly took the victim’s phone and while inside the home threatened to kill the victim. The victim said they were raped by Stark and was denied medical attention. The victim told officers Stark then allegedly took the victim’s phone and threatened to kill the victim while inside the home. The victim said Stark raped her and denied her medical care. Stark allegedly continued to physically assault the victim and continued to make death threats, the affidavit states.

Stark was arrested and booked into jail on charges including domestic violence and assault, first-degree rape, threatening to commit a violent act, kidnapping, use of a firearm in the commission of a crime and interfering with or hindering an emergency call, according to the McClain County Sheriff’s Office inmate booking page.

KOCO 5 reached out to Oklahoma City Police regarding Stark’s arrest and was instructed to contact them regarding the “investigative agency” and advised that “Oklahoma City does not handle the criminal investigation.”

Stark made international headlines in 2014 after his tracking dog, Kye, was stabbed and later died and Stark shot the suspect. He was acquitted of any wrongdoing in connection with the fatal shooting.

As of Saturday evening, KOCO 5 could not find any formal charges related to his arrest.
