Rescue workers at the scene of the accident on the Allegheny River near Springdale

Emergency crews were at the scene of an incident on the Allegheny River near Butler Street in Springdale on Sunday.

The Allegheny County Coroner arrived at the scene around 4 p.m.

Officers from the Springdale County Police Department and the Springdale Volunteer Fire Department were also on scene.
