Police investigate sexual abuse of two schoolgirls on Edinburgh beach

Investigations are underway after two schoolgirls were sexually harassed on a beach in Edinburgh.

The incident, involving two girls aged 14 and 15, occurred on June 29 in the capital’s Cramond Beach district.

Police said investigations into the incident were still ongoing.

A Police Scottish spokesman said: “Officers are investigating the sexual assault of two young women, aged 14 and 15, which occurred in the Cramond Beach area of ​​Edinburgh on Saturday 29 June 2024.”

“The investigation is ongoing.”
