Deputies investigate after man found dead on road in Butler County – WHIO TV 7 and WHIO Radio

BUTLER COUNTY – An investigation is underway after officials found a body on a road in Butler County.

Randy Freeman, 52, was found on U.S. 27 near Kirchling Road in Ross Township, according to the sheriff’s office.

Officials had been searching for him after a missing person report was filed last week.

The cause of death has not yet been determined.

The sheriff’s office and the coroner’s office will continue the investigation.
