One person at medium risk of injury after ‘incident’ on West Coast property

One person was taken to hospital in a moderate condition following an “incident” at a west coast property.

Emergency services were notified of the incident in Dobson, east of Greymouth, shortly before midday today.

Hato Hone St John was on his way to the scene of the accident with two ambulances, a manager’s car and a helicopter.

“Our teams assessed and treated one patient who was transported by road to Greymouth Hospital in a moderate condition,” a spokesman said.

Police said investigations into the circumstances of the incident were ongoing.
