Amber Alert issued for missing Bay Area infant: CHP

Two-week-old Braxton Manning was last seen early Thursday morning in Vallejo. The suspect was identified as 28-year-old Valerie Manning.

VALLEJO, CA – Authorities issued an Amber Alert Saturday for a missing two-week-old infant who was last seen in Solano County.

According to the California Highway Patrol, Braxton Manning was last seen in Vallejo around 3 a.m. Thursday. Authorities believe he was abducted by 28-year-old Valerie Manning.

State police said Manning is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 175 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities believe she is driving a black 1991 Isuzu Amigo with California license plate 2ZRD090.

Anyone who has seen Manning or Braxton is asked to call 911.
