According to a statement from Warren police, officers were on patrol near Eight Mile and Ryan roads at 1:35 a.m. on June 29 when they noticed three Dodge Chargers traveling west on Eight Mile at a high rate of speed. The uniformed officers, who were in a marked patrol car, activated their hazard lights and sirens, and all three Chargers fled from them.
