Princess Anne’s health is deteriorating; I cannot remember the incident

Anne will spend a convalescence period after her discharge from hospital

Not good news regarding the health of the royal princess.

The health of Princess Anne, King Charles’ beloved sister, is deteriorating as her injuries are “quite a serious matter,” according to royal commentator Angela Levin.

The royal expert claims that the 73-year-old cannot remember “anything” about the horse accident that led to a hospital stay.

Speaking to GBN America, Levin said the matter had exacerbated an already difficult situation within the royal family.

After her discharge from the hospital, the Princess Royal will spend a recovery period there.

“The worry is Princess Anne,” she told GBN America. Her husband visited her and Zara Tindall looked very worried when she visited her in hospital.

“I think it’s quite serious because she can’t remember anything of what happened. With a woman her age, over 70, you have to be very careful.

“It takes a really long time to recover from that and here we are. Our wonderful royal family has holes everywhere but not really the people to fill them.

“It’s very, very difficult. We wish Anne the best because she is known as the hardest worker. She doesn’t complain and wants to do as much as she can for the King.”

The royal’s 73-year-old sister spent five nights in Southmead Hospital in Bristol after injuring herself while walking around her Gatcombe Park estate in Gloucestershire on Sunday evening.

Anne left unnoticed on Friday morning and returned to her country house 30 miles away near Minchinhampton.

Anne’s medical team said her head injuries were consistent with a possible impact from a horse’s head or legs, but due to the concussion, the exact details of the incident were unclear.

A rescue helicopter was called to take the princess to hospital, but she was eventually able to continue her journey by road after being treated at the scene by a rescue team.

During her treatment, she received a special visit from her daughter Zara Tindall on Tuesday and Sir Tim also returned on Wednesday.

Sir Tim said she was “slowly but surely getting better” during the week and that he had brought her “a few little treats from home”.
