Police presence on Liberty Street in Springfield

SPRINGFIELD, Massachusetts (WWLP) – The intersection of Liberty and Chestnut Streets in Springfield was cordoned off Friday evening and police were on the scene.

22News crews were in the area of ​​Liberty and Chestnut Streets around 9:30 p.m. and could see several patrol cars and police tape blocking off part of the street.
