ABC-7 First Alert continues: Another scorching hot Saturday with isolated storms

It’s hot again today, and we’ve had triple-digit temperatures for the 20th time this season. Tomorrow will be scorching hot again, before things get a little cooler next week.

During the afternoon heat there will again be isolated thunderstorms that will last into the night. Some of these thunderstorms may bring heavy rain in some places.

Next week temperatures are expected to drop slightly, probably to over 35 degrees.
