Lizzy Musi died at the age of 33 from complications of stage four breast cancer.

Lizzy’s father, Pat Musiconfirmed the news on Thursday, June 27. Pat revealed in a Facebook post that the Street Outlaws: Kings without preparation Star died “surrounded by her family, in the security of her own home.”

“Thank you for all the prayers and support during her fight. The family now wishes to have time to process the incident, grieve and make arrangements,” the social media statement continued. “We will provide an update as soon as we have information to share.”

Following the news of her cancer diagnosis, Lizzy provided her fans with constant updates via social media. In June 2023, she showcased “her new self” after shaving her head.

“I never thought I would post a picture like this. I want to share every single moment of my journey with you,” Lizzy wrote under the picture. “Two nights ago I had to shave my head due to extreme hair loss.”

Lizzy announced that her ex-fiancé Kye Kelley had shaved his head “on the racetrack”.

“I don’t think I would have wanted it any other way,” she continued. “Every time I combed my hair, it fell out in clumps. I had bald spots and excessive hair loss. I just got to the point where I was ready to take this step.”

She concluded: “Some days it’s hard to look in the mirror, but there are days when I feel stronger than ever.”
