20-year-old with health condition is missing

PHOENIX – Authorities issued a Silver Alert Thursday evening for a missing 20-year-old Mesa man with impaired communication skills.

Khristian Hornbaker was last seen leaving his home near Extension Road and Main Street around 2 p.m. Wednesday wearing a white shirt, galaxy-print yoga pants and a black cape.

Hornbaker is 6’1″ tall and weighs about 155 pounds. He has blonde hair and green eyes.

He suffers from an illness that affects his ability to communicate and can lead to confusion.

Anyone with information on Hornbaker’s whereabouts is asked to call Mesa Police at 480-644-2211.
