CT police looking for vehicle of interest in search for missing 2-year-old

Police have issued a Silver Alert for a two-year-old girl from Groton.

According to Groton police, Payton Collier was reported missing on Thursday.

Police said the girl was believed to be with her mother, but they had reason to believe a welfare check was necessary.

In their search for the toddler, police are looking for a black Honda Civic with Connecticut license plate BN82240. The vehicle was last seen in the Groton area shortly after 5 p.m. on Monday.

According to the description, the toddler is 60 cm tall, weighs about 13.6 kg and has brown hair and brown eyes.
