Cristephon Johnson, 26, is charged with two counts of theft of property between $2,500 and $10,000, two counts of theft of merchandise between $2,500 and $10,000 and three counts of vandalism between $1,000 and $2,500.

According to police, the store has been broken into at least four times – twice in April and most recently on Thursday.

On April 11, a white and a silver Nissan sedan pulled up in front of Ulta Beauty at 2273 North Germantown Parkway, according to police. Five men got out and ran into the store.

The men allegedly smashed display cases and stole perfumes of various brands worth a total of $7,264. The damage amounted to $1,700.

On April 15, another shoplifting incident was reported at Ulta Beauty involving a white Nissan. One man held the door open while the other men entered the store and smashed display cases, causing $1,700 in damage.

According to police, the men stole perfume worth a total of $9,905.

On April 16, investigators were able to trace the tags on the silver Nissan Altima from the first shoplifting incident to Zylandria Jordan.

On May 9, another break-in was reported at Ulta Beauty. Three men reportedly smashed the front glass window to get into the store.

They then smashed display cases. Police say $9,954 worth of perfume was stolen and $1,500 worth of damage was caused.

Later that same day, around 7 a.m., investigators received information from a GPS tracking company that Ulta Beauty merchandise was located at the Greenbrier Apartments in Frayser.

According to the tracking app, investigators said the items were in a silver Nissan Altima parked in front of Madewell Street.

When investigators arrived at the scene, they saw a man walk from an apartment to the Nissan and then back into the apartment. Investigators then knocked on the same apartment door but were unable to get anyone to open it.

At this point, a search warrant was executed. A search team arrived and opened the door with a key they received from the apartment complex manager.

Police said Zylandria Jordan, Martavis Love and Cristephon Johnson were arrested at the home at the time. Several items of clothing from recent burglaries were also found inside.

A Juicy Couture bag containing a pair of black Nike Jordan sweatshirts was reported stolen at Ulta Beauty. Six Mented foundation makeup sticks were found in the living room closet.

According to reports, several perfumes were found in two different bedrooms as well as bottles hiding a blanket on the floor of the closet.

The suspects were then taken to Applying Farms General Investigation Bureau for further investigation. There, according to investigators, Jordan and Love gave a statement admitting their involvement in the break-ins.

Based on surveillance photos from the scene of the thefts, Johnson was clearly identified as one of the suspects.

Martavis Love and Cristephon Johnson are scheduled to appear in court on July 1.

Last month, Jordan and Love were charged with burglary and theft of property from a previous case. Johnson was charged with burglary and evading arrest.
