Tulsa police arrested a local pastor who investigators said was taking photos of other men in a gym bathroom.

According to police, a victim looked up and saw Gary McCray filming him with a cell phone above a private booth.

They said the victim then saw McCray attempt to delete the photos, but the victim grabbed McCray’s phone.

According to officials, McCray admitted to church leadership that he had taken photographs of men without their consent, after which the church fired him from his leadership position.

The police arrested him for being a voyeur.
