Conor McGregor talks about hesitating cycling after an accident

UFC athlete Conor McGregor has revealed the lingering effects of a previous car accident and expressed his unwillingness to return to cycling since the incident.

The ordeal, which occurred in January last year, involved McGregor being struck by a motorist while cycling whose vision was obscured by sunlight.

McGregor recently shared footage of the accident on his Instagram account and captioned it with a candid revelation: “I still haven’t gotten back on my bike after that.”

After his loss to Nate Diaz in 2016, McGregor made cycling a central part of his training regimen.

Under the guidance of trainer and doctor Julian Dalby, McGregor made extensive use of cycling, resulting in a triumphant victory in the subsequent rematch, secured by a points-based decision.
