Four suspects arrested after alleged repeated sexual abuse of 14-year-old girl

SAN ANTONIO – Four teenagers were arrested and charged with sexual assault after allegedly having sex with a minor.

The suspects, 21-year-old Tyler Battros, 19-year-old Logan Martinez, 18-year-old Ethan Gregory Flemming and 18-year-old Gabriel Angel Velasquez, were arrested at Bexar County Sheriff’s Office headquarters after allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.

The situation began when a 15-year-old girl was reported missing by her family on June 20.

The girl was rescued in the following days and reunited with her family.

During the investigation into her disappearance, sexually explicit text messages were found between her and at least four adult men.

These messages led the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office to believe that the victim had been sexually assaulted at least once by each of the four suspects.

The attacks are said to have taken place in August 2023, when the victim was just 14 years old.

The suspects were each charged with sexual abuse of a child and booked into the Bexar County Jail.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office has not ruled out further charges against these four suspects or any other individuals believed to have also attacked the victim.

The investigation is ongoing and none of the suspects have been convicted in this connection.
