Police ask for help after break-in and theft at Greenville gas station – WHIO TV 7 and WHIO Radio

GREENVILLE – Police are asking for the public’s help after a break-in and theft at a Greenville gas station early Wednesday morning.

According to a social media post, Greenville police said it happened at the Circle Mart gas station on East Main Street.

They also urged people to remain vigilant and restore power after Tuesday’s severe weather.

The department added on its Facebook page that it happened in the early hours of the morning.

News Center 7 reported Wednesday that the National Weather Service (NWS) said an EF1 tornado touched down and traveled 11.9 miles in 18 minutes.

The estimated wind speed for this tornado was a maximum of 110 miles per hour. It was about 800 meters wide.
