Two dead in shooting at fast food restaurant in Dallas – police believe it was targeted – KION546

IRVING, Texas (AP) — Two people were killed at a fast-food restaurant in a Dallas suburb in what police believe was a targeted shooting. Irving police said Wednesday they had identified a suspect who has not yet been arrested. Police said there was no threat to the public. Television footage showed screens over some of the windows of a Chick-fil-A restaurant and several police cars in the cordoned-off parking lot. Police said they were still trying to determine the exact cause of the shooting. Police did not provide further details about the victims.
