Waterbury man charged with sexually abusing 6-year-old girl

Waterbury, VT – An investigation into an alleged sexual assault has led to criminal charges being filed against a Waterbury man.

According to police, 72-year-old Andrew Fuller sexually abused a six-year-old child in his home on North Main Street in Waterbury in 2017. Investigators say Fuller already knew the child before the assault.

The investigation began on January 24, 2024, and Fuller turned himself in to the Vermont State Police at Berlin Barracks on Wednesday. Fuller is due in court on August 1 on aggravated sexual assault charges.
