Fatal house fire in Ferriday under investigation

FERRIDAY, Louisiana (KNOE) – Concordia Parish authorities are investigating a fatal house fire.

On June 26 at approximately 3:02 a.m., fire crews responded to reports of a house fire on Lynn Haven Drive.

According to the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office, firefighters found the body of 61-year-old Paul Wayne Baxter.

The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
