Nets and Rockets finalize trade for future picks

The Brooklyn Nets have completed a trade with the Houston Rockets involving several future draft picks.

Brooklyn receives:

  • 2025 first-round pick (negating a previously agreed-upon trade with Houston)
  • 2026 first round pick
  • Rights to the least favorable first-round picks of the Mavs, Rockets and Suns in 2029

The rockets receive:

  • 2025 first-round pick swap (Houston/Oklahoma City vs. Phoenix)
  • 2027 first-round pick (via Suns)
  • Rights to the Mavs, Suns and Rockets’ two most favorable first-round picks in 2029
