Man and teen shot on 1st Street SW near Nationals Park, police say – NBC4 Washington

A man and a teenager were shot early Wednesday a few blocks from Nationals Park, Washington DC police said.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of First Street SW and found two people injured, police said.

According to police, the boy was shot in the chest and leg. He was identified only as a male juvenile.

A man was shot in the shoulder, police said. Further information about his identity was not released.

Both victims were conscious and breathing when they were taken to the hospital, police said.
