WEATHER WARNING: Heavy rain and thunderstorms on Wednesday

CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – The 22News Storm Team has a Weather warning for heavy rain and thunderstorms on Wednesday afternoon and early evening.

On Wednesday at 7 a.m. the temperature will be between 15 and 20 degrees. In the morning it will be partly to mostly sunny. The breeze from the south/southwest will increase the humidity and warm us up to temperatures between 30 and 35 degrees.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible in the afternoon. Persistent/heavy rain and thunderstorms are possible in the evening, especially in Hampden County. Strong winds and torrential rain are possible Wednesday evening.
