Inmate arrested for smuggling drugs and syringes into Ontario County Jail – Finger Lakes Daily News

An inmate at the Ontario County Jail was arrested for allegedly smuggling dangerous contraband into the prison.

On May 3, Jonathan Clausell-Herrera was accused of bringing cocaine, fentanyl and two syringes with needles. The 40-year-old Geneva resident was arrested on Monday on two counts of promoting prison contraband.

Following his arraignment, Clausell-Herrera was remanded to the Ontario County Jail on another charge.
