33-year-old from Beebe receives 35 years in federal prison for sex crimes against minors | News

Bradley was accused of raping a minor by the victim’s stepfather and reported the crime to Beebe Police on October 6, 2021.

“An investigation revealed that Bradley gave the minor victim marijuana and alcohol and that the victim became unconscious. When the minor victim awoke, Bradley performed sexual acts on him,” the U.S. Attorney’s Office said. “Bradley told the minor victim that he would give him an allowance if he continued to perform sexual acts on him.”

During the investigation, it was also discovered that Bradley’s phone contained several videos of child pornography featuring a victim approximately 13 years old, as well as another video of a FaceTime conversation between Bradley and the minor in which both showed their private body parts.

Bradley was indicted by a federal grand jury on December 8, 2021, on five counts of production of child pornography and one count each of communication of obscene material to a minor and attempted sex trafficking of a minor. On July 27, 2023, Bradley pleaded guilty to all seven counts.

In addition to sentencing Bradley to 35 years in prison, Baker also sentenced Bradley to life probation. Bradley faced a maximum of five years’ probation to life in prison and a $250,000 fine. There is no parole in the federal system.

The investigation was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with assistance from the Beebe Police Department and the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Division. The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Kristin Bryant.

Bradley was charged in White County with second-degree sexual assault (Felony B), two counts of distributing, possessing or viewing sexually explicit conduct with children (Felony C), and three counts of sexually explicit conduct with children for use in visual or print media (Felony B).
