CLEAR TSA PreCheck at Atlanta Airport

ATLANTA — CLEAR, an official TSA PreCheck enrollment provider, has included Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport among its new locations for customers to enroll and renew options offered by the program.

The new locations across the country represent a continued expansion to enroll travelers in the Trusted Traveler program. TSA PreCheck registration is now available Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day.

“This is a win-win for U.S. travelers who will have access to more registration locations, expanded hours and other benefits,” Caryn Seidman-Becker, CEO of CLEAR, said in a statement Press.

CLEAR opens the following seven new sites:

● Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)

● Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS)

● Denver International Airport (DEN)

● Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW)

● TF Green Rhode Island International Airport (PVD)

● San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC)

● Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU)

TSA PreCheck members can keep their shoes, belts and light jackets on until the security checkpoint, and keep 3-1-1 compliant electronic devices and liquids in carry-on bags. Members generally go through security checks much faster, according to the release, with approximately 99% of members waiting less than 10 minutes at airport checkpoints nationwide.

New TSA PreCheck applicants can go online to pre-register or find a registration location. Most existing TSA PreCheck members in the United States can renew directly through CLEAR’s TSA PreCheck website, regardless of the provider they originally signed up with.
