CRAZY TOWN singer SHIFTY SHELLSHOCK dies at 49

CRAZY CITY Frontman Shifty Shellshock died at the age of 49.

According to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s website: neurosis — whose birth name was Seth Binzer — died at his home on Monday, June 24. The cause of death was not disclosed.

CRAZY CITYThe biggest hit was the 1999 single “Butterfly”which reached number 1 on the US Billboard Hot 100 charts. The song was sampled RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS‘ 1989 Instrumental piece “Pretty little song”. CRAZY CITYs debut album, “The Gift of Play”sold 1.6 million units.

CRAZY CITY split up in 2003, but reunited in 2007 and released their third album, “The Sulphur Beaters”in 2015.

Binz has long struggled with drug problems and has appeared in various reality shows about his efforts to overcome his addiction, including “Celebrity Rehab” And “Sober House”In 2012, he was hospitalized after losing consciousness and falling into a coma before regaining consciousness. Two years ago, he was arrested for drunk driving.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Binz admitted that he had been arrested for shoplifting.

Seth leaves behind three children, gloriole, Measuring device And Phoenix.
