This is not a criminal charge and has not been proven.

Izekor has not admitted to the allegations, according to CPSS Vice Chancellor Bryan Salte. He said the professional board has scheduled a hearing to determine whether Izekor is guilty of the unprofessional conduct he is accused of.

The hearing is scheduled to begin on September 9 and last until September 27.

However, some questions remain unanswered regarding this procedure.

For years, the CPSS was convinced that Izekor was not in the country.

Salte confirmed that this was still the case on Monday, but added: “CPSS has no independent confirmation of this.”

Salte stated that Izekor is represented by a lawyer with whom the CPSS has been in contact.

When asked whether Izekor would have to attend the hearing in person, Salte replied that this would depend on the decision of a panel that would decide on the further course of the hearing.

“If the hearing takes place with Dr. Izekor’s virtual participation, his location will not matter,” Salte wrote when asked if Izekor could participate from an out-of-country location.

What happens if the doctor does not show up at all, in whatever capacity?

Since there is no confession, unprofessional conduct can only be established after a hearing with evidence. Failure to appear does not lead to an admission of unprofessional conduct.”

Although Izekor is still listed as “on the register” on the CPSS website, his license status is currently listed as “inactive.”

The allegations of sexual assault are undated, but the alleged victims are said to have been female employees who worked at a medical clinic that Izekor “formerly owned and practiced at.”

CPSS documents show that Izekor invited one of his employees to his home, where he “sexually touched her and had sexual intercourse with her despite her protests.”

“You then gave her money and said something to the effect of, ‘You helped me and I will help you,'” the documents outlining the charges say.

As for the second allegation of sexual assault, college records show that evidence will be presented showing that Izekor made sexual advances to the employee and threatened her if she did not cooperate.

No specific information about the threat is given.

“They took her into a bedroom and sexually abused her despite her protests and requests to stop,” the documents say.

It is alleged that Izekor committed further sexual assaults on the employee, including in his office and in his basement.

Regarding the underage patient, the documents allege that the doctor made inappropriate comments to her, suggesting that she find someone older than her and saying: something like “boys have needs.”

The documents state that he then made “noises and movements to imitate sex.”

The doctor allegedly asked the minor to go out to dinner with him. Izekor said he could pick her up “somewhere outside her home so she wouldn’t have to tell her mother.”

The documents contain other allegations, not all of which are mentioned in this article. Among other things, he is alleged to have arranged work for people who were not legally entitled to work in Canada and paid them in cash.

In addition, it is alleged that he “acted as a registered immigration sponsor for several employees and then exploited that relationship to influence behavior.”
