One dead in accident involving water truck on Commercial Drive

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Commercial Drive in Anchorage late Monday morning, according to Anchorage Police.

Anchorage police wrote in a news release Monday afternoon that officers were called to the 2800 block of Commercial Drive for a report of a two-vehicle crash. The news release said a water truck was traveling westbound when it crossed the center line and collided with an eastbound sedan.
