Man dies in car crash on E Avenue in Hesperia – VVNG.com

HESPERIA, Calif. (VVNG.com) – A fatal single-vehicle accident occurred in the city of Hesperia on Monday afternoon.

The incident was reported on June 24, 2024 shortly after 4:00 p.m. in the 11100 block of E Avenue.

When officers from the Hesperia Sheriff’s Station and firefighters from the San Bernardino County Fire Department arrived at the scene, they found an overturned silver 2001 Honda Accord.

According to preliminary information, the vehicle left the road on a curve, overturned and ended up on its roof for reasons yet to be determined.

Witnesses at the scene reported that a man was found trapped under the vehicle and was pronounced dead.

E Avenue was temporarily closed between Eucalyptus Street and Peach Avenue for the duration of the investigation. The coroner arrived at approximately 7:00 p.m. to receive the body.

The identity of the deceased and further information about the crash will be released as soon as it becomes available.
