One dead in bicycle accident in Spartanburg County, South Carolina

According to the Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office, a man is dead after a crash involving a car and a bicycle. The crash occurred late Monday afternoon at the corner of South Church Street Ext. and South Avenue in Arkwright Township, the coroner said. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is still investigating what led to the crash. The coroner said David Lee Bryant, 70, of Spartanburg, died at the scene. According to the Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office, a man died after an accident involving a car and a bicycle.

The accident occurred late Monday afternoon at the corner of South Church Street Ext. and South Avenue in Arkwright Township, the coroner said.
