Several subway lines interrupted after accident in Brooklyn

Train service resumed more than an hour after the incident.

According to the MTA, a person was struck by a subway train in Brooklyn on Monday afternoon, causing delays on several lines. The incident occurred at the Euclid Avenue Station on the A and C lines around 2:05 p.m., officials said. Southbound C line trains resumed local stops around 3:30 p.m., the MTA said. The person is not suspected of being the victim of a crime, according to the NYPD. He was taken to a local hospital in stable condition. Police say there is no ongoing investigation.
