Sumter County officials are asking the public for help in locating a person accused of a recent shoplifting incident

SUMTER COUNTY, SC (WOLO)– Sumter County officials are asking for the public’s help in locating a person accused of a recent shoplifting incident, the SCSO says.

The Sumter County Sheriff’s Department said the incident occurred at a business in the 1600 block of Stamey Livestock Road.

The person is an unknown woman wearing a purple surgical gown, estimated to be 1.65 m tall and weighing approximately 45 kg.

A gray Dodge Charger is believed to be connected to the incident.
