AutoCanada struggles with cyber incident at CDK

AutoCanada (TSE: ACQ number) has released an update.

AutoCanada Inc. has announced that a cyber incident at CDK Global, their third-party systems provider, has disrupted the dealer management system and is impacting sales, service and other operations. While AutoCanada has not identified any impact to its own systems, the incident continues to impact business, with the full extent of the incident still under investigation. The company is maintaining operations using alternative methods while the situation is resolved.
