Several injured in accident involving five vehicles on Friday | Community

Several patients were transported by ambulance. All transported patients had non-life-threatening injuries.

Theresa Riibe of Yankton was charged with reckless driving, driving without a license and failure to wear seat belts as required for children between the ages of 5 and 17.

The accident investigation is currently still ongoing.

Responding agencies included: Yankton County Sheriff’s Office, South Dakota GF&P, Lake Area Fire, Yankton Fire Department, Yankton County Department of Emergency Management, Yankton County Emergency Services, and Tabor EMS.
