Father of girl allegedly raped by illegal immigrant blames Biden’s ‘open borders policy’

The father of a 13-year-old girl who was allegedly raped by an illegal immigrant in New York City blamed President Joe Biden’s “open borders policy” for the horrific attack.

The New York Post interviewed the father, who wished to remain anonymous to protect his daughter’s identity, after 25-year-old Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi allegedly admitted to raping the girl in a recorded interview with police.

The illegal immigrant from Ecuador was charged with sexual assault, first-degree rape, two counts of second-degree kidnapping, two counts of first-degree robbery, second-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse, obstruction of governmental administration and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

“This is what’s happening,” the father said of Biden’s border policy. “I’ve never agreed with the open border policy because it leads to a lot of things we don’t need. And look what’s come in. Look what happened to my daughter.”

The 70-year-old father said the attack was “hell” for the family and had “turned their lives upside down”.

“The healing process has not yet begun,” he said. “My head is spinning with the anger that I have inside me right now.”

He said his daughter’s mental state was so bad he couldn’t even talk about it. “You can’t even imagine it,” he said. “So let’s just leave it at that.”

Prosecutors said Inga-Landi told authorities he came across two teenagers having “sexual relations” and threatened them with a knife. The illegal immigrant tied them together, stuffed a headscarf into the girl’s mouth, cut up her shorts and underwear, then raped her. He then took their phones, ran away and bought drugs, prosecutors said.

The New York Post also reported that a federal immigration judge ordered his deportation in February 2022, according to sources at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The report said Inga-Landi entered the U.S. illegally in Eagle Pass, Texas, in June 2021, as part of the unprecedented wave of illegal immigrants pouring into the country under President Joe Biden.
