Four people injured in an accident at the intersection of Antioch Church Road and GA 15

Four people were taken to the hospital Monday afternoon following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Antioch Church Road and GA 15/US 441. They were taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, according to Habersham County Public Information Officer Rob Moore. Their conditions are currently unknown.

The accident occurred at approximately 12:15 p.m. It blocked both southbound lanes and partially the northbound lanes of GA 15 while rescue workers rescued at least one injured person and cleared the accident scene.

The Georgia State Patrol is investigating the accident.
