Shock from Andhra Pradesh: Five-year-old girl raped in Palnadu, police register case with POCSO during manhunt to arrest 18-year-old accused

Palnadu, June 24: In a shocking incident, an 18-year-old youth allegedly raped a 5-year-old girl in Narasaraopeta town in Palnadu district of Andhra Pradesh. The girl’s parents filed a complaint at Narasaraopet Rural Police Station on Monday.

Rossayya, the rural sub-inspector of Narasaraopet, said the accused is absconding and the police will soon trace him. More details are awaited.
